Rob helped at short notice after small electrical fire, late on a Friday evening. Subsequently replaced circuit board and installed improvements with clear EICR for the next 5 years. Top service, options and costing well explained throughout to make the decision process efficient.can sleep better now!

Excellent service from Rob - super responsive, reassuring and willing to provide his perspective on risk levels so we could make a fully informed decision about whether to get an emergency callout. He was so kind and helpful, explained everything in an accessible way, and even fixed another issue for us at no extra charge. Robbie and the team at NE1 Electrical were brilliant from start to finish. They went the extra mile, stayed flexible around my timings, and were genuinely friendly and easy to deal with throughout. They carried out a new installation of sockets and knocked out a few repair jobs as well. The workmanship was spot on, everything finished neatly, and the quality was exactly what you want when it comes to electrical work. Pricing was also very reasonable for the standard delivered. This is what proper customer service looks like. I would absolutely recommend NE1 Electrical and will be using them again.
